There is a dry area of parched land between the salt water, Oddeo Sea and the picturesque mountain range known as Ziets Plateaus, there is a small town that has served as an oasis. This town is Fantaville.

Officer Parnell Johnsons went in to Fantaville after all his agents there either became bandits or left the region in embarrassment. Officer Johnsons’ goal was to do surveillance in the heart of Fantaville to ascertain the what, how, when and who of the fall of Franklin “Fantaman” Antonio Abel.

Franklin Antonio Abel later came to be known as FantaMan. Frank at one time, had such a remarkable stamina and acute ability to remain alert for many many hours and even days,.. many bandits feared him.. In the early years several thieves made the mistake of thinking Frank would be asleep on his watch, thus making the midnight and early morning hours best times for them to carry out heists, but Frank was always alert in those days. He became a legend and revered as super human. Frank however explained in an interview that his ever-waking ability came as a result of extreme moderation and excessive balance.
